2.01 update

We promised a quick update to resolve issues and we haven't quite delivered on that promise. All the bugs but one are resolved in the current 2.01 build but the slow scratchy playback is more than a little confusing. We are working tirelessly to resolve this but the fix is eluding us. The MOMENT we resolve it, 2.01 will go into peer review.
